Wendy has more than 12 years experience working in customer service and has a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Queenstown Resort College.

She has 8 years experience in Hotel Management including administration, accounting  and guest services within Queenstown. Wendy also has 4 years experience in Luxury Jewellery sales. 

Wendy is originally from Vietnam and has chosen to settle in beautiful Queenstown with her English husband. 

When not at work, Wendy loves interior design and gardening, she likes to grown her own vegetables. On rare occasions you might find Wendy at the gym or in the swimming pool. She is also an enthusiastic violin player.

Kiran (Kiri) Martyn

Kiri Martyn is a Physiotherapist and Care Coordinator (Bachelor Physiotherapy 2004, Melbourne) with excellent assessment and treatment skills in the management of a broad range of health conditions. She is experienced at client triage, holistic management, rehabilitation, care coordination and complex discharge planning.

For ten years Kiri enjoyed a career as a Physiotherapist in the Public Health sector, mainly working in the areas of Aged Care and Rehabilitation, and teaching Pilates.  More recently she made the shift to work as a Care Coordinator at Western Health in Melbourne.  For the past six years she worked as the Senior Clinician in a hospital team focussed on assisting patients to navigate the health system and supporting complex patients. 

Having made the move to Queenstown in 2021 with her husband and young family, Kiri is excited to resume her career in NZ as a Physiotherapist/Lifestyle Manager for Proactive Physio at the Queenstown Country Club.  Kiri’s client-focused, creative approach to exercise and client management will ensure that each resident’s health and lifestyle goals are front and centre.  Kiri is passionate about empowering people to remain healthy, active and independent.

In her “spare” time – Kiri enjoys keeping fit with CrossFit and yoga, eating out, travelling and watching the Performing Arts.  In reality, Kiri daydreams about such pursuits while wrangling three small children at playgrounds with a take-away coffee in hand!

Catherine (Cathy) Jensen

Cathy graduated from the University of Ottawa (Canada) in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Not long after graduation Cathy followed her love for the mountains and moved to Vancouver, Canada where she pursued her career in an outpatient orthopaedic practice gaining her experience working with sports injuries – running, skiing, biking and rock climbing; work related injuries especially repetitive strain and postural dysfunction; as well as with motor vehicle accidents.

Cathy’s continuing education has centered around orthopaedic manual therapy training including an Integrated System Model approach, as well as muscle imbalances and movement impairment.

Following her relocation to Queenstown New Zealand, Cathy has been involved working with the Queenstown Ice Skating Club training figure skaters on and off the ice. Off season training involves working on strength conditioning, balance, flexibility and general body awareness with a dedicated group of figure skaters.

When not at work, Cathy is usually in the outdoors hiking and camping with her partner, 9 year old daughter and 5 year old son. Cathy is often at the start line to many of the local trail running events or you’ll find her training with the Wakatipu Hockey Club. She is also fluent in French. Well, Quebecquois, really.

Sonya Anderson

Over 20 years of experience working as a full time Physiotherapist, 7 years spent working in UK teaching hospitals and over 12 years working in private practice.  Early on in her career Sonya spent time working closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons & Rheumatologists and went on to complete a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine & then a Diploma in Injection Therapy.  After competing for many years in rowing, Sonya developed a passion for analysing the biomechanics of sports injuries.  Sonya presently specialises in rugby and golf injuries & rehabilitation & has been working with Arrowtown Rugby Club for the last 12 years as well as working on development with Wakatipu Junior Golf.  Her passion for analysis of movement has also led to the development of our Golf Analysis service which now uses high speed video analysis of the swing & body motor patterns, to improve your game from any standard. Sonya enjoys analytical assessment of the whole body and progressing clients from hands on treatments to gym rehabilitation & function.
